HORSES ATTRACT ATTENTION FROM PASSER BYs:

If you are like myself and own horses, please post signs on your property telling "visitors" to refrain from touching the horses.  Since we never know if passers-by have come in contact with an infected horse, it is better to be safe than to be putting your horse down.
