I take their search criteria and input it into my MLS system
I then save their property search and put them on "autopilot."
They begin receiving listing immediately and when they get a property listing that they want more information about, they just contact me.
This method is totally "no-pressure" sales. If the property is desirable and the price is in line with the market, the property will sell itself. The agent just has to be sure that the property is out there online for the buyer to find!
